Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.nexa-guard.com, operated by Nexa Guard Holdings Ltd, Company Number 16391878 ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Returns

1.1 We accept returns for eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date.

1.2 To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nexa-guard.com with your order number and reason for return.

1.3 Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

1.4 You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error.

2. Refunds

2.1 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

2.2 If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

2.3 Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

3.1 We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

4.1 For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

5. Damaged or Faulty Products

5.1 If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nexa-guard.com with photographic evidence.

5.2 We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
